Acetamol 注射劑型的普拿疼

每1amp 相當1顆 500mg 的普拿疼

限使用於四歲以上或體重17公斤以上孩童或成人
懷孕初期三個月.有肝腎功能障礙.或有過敏者均屬禁忌

孩童：每公斤30mg (或記成 25mg/kg, 每40公斤可達1000mg)，需間隔6小時以上，每日最大量120mg/kg
成人：每次1~2g，需間隔4小時以上，每日最大量6g

實驗結果，手術後與嗎啡併用.可以減少約1/3嗎啡用量

主要經由肝臟代謝，由尿液排除，半衰期約2小時

毒性劑量：成人每次>10g，孩童>150mg/kg可能引起肝細胞壞死，

最好於一小時內使用N-acetylcysteine解毒劑做靜脈注射或口服
